Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1 Accepting these Terms
By signing this agreement you acknowledge you have read and will abide by the Terms and Conditions and agree this purchase is a contract between you and us.

2. Cancellation
If there is less than one month's notice from the course start date a 25% of the total course amount will still be payable.

3. Refunds
If you call 0800 WAKE UP within 3 business days from accepting this agreement and advise us that you wish to cancel we will refund you 100% of the money you have paid to us within 10 working days.

4. Changing Course Dates
You can change course dates to a future date. We need at least one month's notice in order for us to reschedule this time. If less than one month's notice is given you are liable for a late postponement fee of $500 NZ. 

5. Late Payments
Payment is due on the 20th of the month following the date of issue. Invoices that are not paid will incurr a late payment fee.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that you will not transmit or distribute to another person any training program manuals or access codes.

7. Happiness Guarantee
If you are not happy with your workshop email us within 24 hours of completing and we will refund your money.

8. Access to Online Resources
You will be granted access to our online resources for a limited time. Ongoing access will require a license.

9. Limitation of Liability
You agree to limit any claim on Shiftwork Services to the cost of the product or service provided. You understand that whilst Shiftwork Services endeavours to provide products and services to help you manage with health and safety, the final responsibility lies with you.

10. Feedback forms
You agree to comments written on your feedback form may be used in our publications

11. Photos 
You agree to allowing us to publish photos of this event which may contain pictures of you. 

10. Bank Details for Shiftwork Services
These are clearly displayed on your invoice.
