1 Accepting these Terms
By signing this agreement you acknowledge you have read and will abide by the Terms and Conditions
If there is less than four weeks notice from the course start date a 25% of the total course amount will still be payable.
3. Changing Course Dates
You can change course dates to a future date. We need at least one month’s notice in order for us to reschedule this time. If less than one month’s notice is given you are liable for a late postponement fee.
4. Late Payments
Payment is due on the 20th of the month following the date of issue. Invoices that are not paid will incur a late payment fee.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that you will not transmit or distribute to another person any training program manuals or access codes.
6. Access to Online Resources
You will be granted access to our online resources for a limited time. Ongoing access will require a license.
7. Limitation of Liability
You agree to limit any claim on Shiftwork Services to the cost of the product or service provided. You understand that whilst Shiftwork Services endeavours to provide products and services to help you manage with health and safety, the final responsibility lies with you.
8. Feedback Forms
You agree that comments written on your feedback form may be used in our publications
You agree to allowing us to publish photos of this event which may contain pictures of you and your team
All expenses associated with corporates work will be paid for by the client including accommodation, travel, meals, airport transfers, parking and printing course material.
11. Using Stripe
If paying using Stripe an extra 2.5% will be added to invoice.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.
