Coaching to sleep better, feel better, work better.

Firstly, we look at your overall health, not just the symptoms. After assessing your needs, we develop a unique plan with you to help you achieve your goals.

We communicate with you via skype, email or in-person at a time that suits you. Appointments are with a registered occupational therapist, or clinical psychologist.

Sleep: Getting a good sleep is a dream for most shiftworkers.  This is due to sleeping when you would normally be awake and sleeping disorders. We can help you design a sleep schedule to fit around your work and personal life. We specialise in sleeping disorders including insomnia, light or unrefreshing sleep and body clock challenges. Adequate sleep is vital for your physical health, emotional wellbeing and everyday function.

Positive mood and clear thinking: Shiftwork can be challenging when working long and irregular hours; especially night shift that can lead to fatigue, irritability, impatience and the inability to think clearly. We can train you to effectively use the nine switches of human alertness, manage mood, and harness your cognitive process to improve your attention, memory, learning and higher reasoning.

Keep physically active: Regular exercise is often a low priority when working shifts due to fatigue and lack of time. Joining a local sports team may be out of the question due to training and game commitments that may conflict with your roster. If you are looking to increase and improve your physical fitness; we will assess what sport or activity is possible given your current shift pattern and personal preferences.

Individual Coaching

We see people for a one off appointment or we provide month by month coaching packages. Whatever you need we can help.

Potential Benefits

  1. This solution focused service gives you the right support at the right time. Appointments are in person or skype so you can book a time that fits in with your schedule.
  2. If you engage in a coaching package you will receive a workook to set goals, track progress and develop your personalised plan.
  3. If you complete a full coaching course of three months you will receive a a summary report of measurable outcomes and a certificate of completion.

Fees for individuals
Single appointment              $ 200 + GST
Per month (4 sessions)         $ 800 + GST *$600 + GST
Three months (12 sessions)  $1800 + GST *$1500 + GST


Team Cover

For a monthly fee your whole team has access to coaching services. Appointments are in person or by skype so your staff can fit them into their schedule.
