Many workers have told us that one of the biggest challenges they face is getting a good sleep. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep, (where they sleep but wake up un-refreshed) makes them feel tired, less productive, more prone to accidents and more likely to take time off work.
Shiftwork Services has developed a sleep workshop designed to target the cause of sleep problems and find workable solutions.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to: Gain energy, work smarter, boost their immune system and live longer by sleeping better.
Participants will leave with their own green prescription for better sleep. A green prescription is an action plan that directs the participant into healthy living for better sleep. It targets everyday activities and is easily achievable. A green prescription can be monitored by the occupational health nurse to make sure that staff keep on track for a better sleep.
