To make a real difference to workers’ conditions in the 24/7 environment we need to understand where the barriers are, how to overcome resistance to change, and how to get buy-in from all those who will be impacted by change.
This is a highly interactive workshop which focusing on in-house issues concerning shiftwork situations and conditions within the 24/7 environment. It focuses on identifying root causes and how to resolve these issues sustainably, through working with stakeholders. The workshop provides practical guidance and tips in a structured format which can be applied directly after the workshop.
