Living with Shiftwork
Shiftwork has many challenges including how and when to sleep, what to eat, how to balance family with home life and how to stay alert when working. Managing Driver Fatigue
Fatigue is a significant contributing factor in many road accidents. This workshop is for professional drivers who need to know how to identify, minimise and manage fatigue. It is ideal for truck drivers, taxi drivers and forklift drivers. View outline here.
Train the Trainer
This 2-day workshop is for staff/managers who intend to train their staff in fatigue management. The course can be adapted to provide the trainers with the necessary knowledge to deliver the Shiftwork Services 'Living with Shiftwork' or the 'Driver Fatigue' Training Programmes in-house.
